And lots of inside jokes about literature in academia!Lee-Annehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04270201592696284797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1092941621582901334.post-58792402327534272172013-11-26T11:13:09.678-07:002013-11-26T11:13:09.678-07:00Apologies if this is a doubled-comment -- I though...Apologies if this is a doubled-comment -- I thought I commented, but then my computer went all sideways.

I love W;t -- I've taught it three times, and my students (mostly college freshmen and sophomores) have loved it too. She does a marvellous job of including just enough humour to keep it from getting too dour. It's actually quite a funny play, while still not being what one would call a comedy. Let me know if you do watch it, Brian. I would enjoy hearing your thoughts.Lee-Annehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04270201592696284797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1092941621582901334.post-66233755159392274542013-11-26T02:33:49.461-07:002013-11-26T02:33:49.461-07:00This sounds like an impressive work. How a thinking person encounters death, along with all the physical hardships and pain associated with it can of course be powerful, insightful, along with it being terrible. I have not looked at the film yet but I will give I will give it a look when I get the chance.Brian Josephhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15139559400312336791noreply@blogger.com
